2019 CASC Fall Workshops and Annual General Meeting

Our Fall Workshops and Annual General Meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn on Saturday, November 23rd, 2019, in the Toscana "C" Room.

Meeting times are scheduled as follows:

Ice Race Organizers:  9 am to 10 am

Ice Race General Meeting:  10 am to 11 am

Race Workshop 11:30 am to 1:30 pm

Annual General Meeting:  2 pm to 4 pm

The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 3201 Highway 7, Vaughan, ON, L4K 5Z7, which is the south side of Highway 7, east of Highway 400.

Please Note:  There is NO FREE PARKING at this venue.  Free Parking is available at the old AMC Theatre parking lot, across the street from the Hilton.

2020 Ice Race Rule Books will be available at the Ice Race General Meeting for competitors.

2019 Race Division Trophies will be available at the Race Workshop.

The AGM is open to all to attend; however, only Members may receive Delegate Packages, and vote in the Elections portion of the meeting.  Elections will be held for the following CASC Board positions (all two-year terms):

- Vice President

- Secretary

- Race Director

- Autoslalom Director
