Starting in 2014, all CASC officials must provide an electronic photo (passport style) and sign an Annual Waiver before their license application will be processed.  Instructions on creating the photo and a copy of the Annual Waiver are included in the License Package.

Motorsport Marshalling Services, a member club of Canadian Automobile Sport Clubs - Ontario Region (CASC), has been training and organizing marshalling services for amateur and professional motorsport events since 1978. Most of our contracted events take place on the main road course at Mosport International Raceway, a 4 kilometer road-racing course located about one hour's drive north-east of Toronto Ontario. We also organize marshals for each summer's Indy street race in Toronto. Read more »

The Canadian Timing Association (CTA) is a volunteer group of dedicated racing enthusiasts who provide timing and scoring services at motor racing events throughout Ontario.

The stopwatches and hand-filled lap charts are mostly gone these days. In their place we now use computers, computer networks, and state-of-the-art radio transponder systems. This technology lets us feed instant live timing results to race officials and the media. Read more »

Event Volunteers - Be A Part of the Racing World

Volunteer club members organize some of the continent's top road races.

Our associate clubs organize nearly fifty events a year, staffed and supported by their members.

After months of effort by the club-appointed Race Organizer, Event Registrars organize entrants, crew and volunteers, as well as media, guests and spectators. They check driver eligibility, collect fees, and provide accurate entry information for Timing and Scoring, which relays results and communicates with Race Control. Read more »
